Here are our shipping prices for RETAIL ORDER:

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • WHAT IS THIS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Since cosmetics (this includes bath products) cannot be resold after being returned (due to tampering concerns), we do not accept returns or exchanges. REFUNDS: We will provide refunds for bath bombs that arrive completely broken (minor dings and scratches are considered normal). Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered. Unfortunately, I can not send replacements for damaged goods at this time.

  • ARE THE PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE? LEGAL TO SELL/MAKE IN UK/EU?

All our products with safety assessments which allow me to make and sell throughout the UK and the EU legally. All the Bath Bombs are wrapped indivisually and with ingredients sticks on each bath bombs. 

  • HOW LONG DO BATH BOMB LAST?

Bath bombs should be used within 3-6 months of purchase date to ensure the quality of your product. The longer you wait, the more likely it is the bath bomb will be exposed to moisture in the air and lose some of its fizzing power. Please store your bath bombs in a cool, dark area, away from pets and small children.

 

For external use only.  If you have sensitive skin, please test on a small area first. Discontinue if rash, redness or itching occurs.  Consult a physician or dermatologist if irritation persists.

 

Ellie Bath Bomb is not responsible for any injuries or problems due to improper use.

  • WILL YOUR PRODUCTS STAIN?

Our products should not stain your tub. Our bath bombs are made with skin-safe & FDA-approved colorants that will not stain your tub. To avoid a ring around the tub, be sure to bathe in a freshly clean tub. If you get a ring around the tub, it should easily wipe away. Please note, some bath bombs may stain fabrics.

  • ARE YOUR BATH BOMBS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

Everything from our supplies to the finished product is never tested on animals. 

  • WHAT DOES 'SLOW RELEASE' BATH BOMB MEAN?

Slow release means the bomb won’t immediately dissolve in the bath right away. Most of our bath bombs take about 6-8 minutes in the hot water to completely dissolve allowing you to feel the carbonation while in the tub (it’s like a free massage!) 

  • IS SODIUM LAURYL SULFOACOTATE LISTED ON YOUR BATH BOMBS INGREDIENT LIST SAFE TO USE?

Absolutely. All of our ingredients are 100% safe topically for the skin, SLSa is derived from palm trees and helps to create the bubbles and soften the bath water.

  • ARE THE BATH BOMB SAFE FOR KIDS OR PREGNANT WOMEN?

YES! They are made with all natural ingredients. The only reason not to use with kids is the bath bombs are made with coconut oil, and can stay on the skin, but we use olive oil or castor oil, so it is absolutely fine for kids.

 

Pregnant women should always be cautious with hot baths, and if they are sensitive to smells, the essential oils in the bath bombs might be a little strong. 

ADDITIONAL INFO

Be careful when exiting/entering the tub. Due the amount of nourishing oils and butters use, the tub can become slippery. We use skin-safe & FDA-approved colorants for our bath products. In order to best protect your tub, please rinse after use to ensure any possible residue is washed away. Allowing colorants or dried flowers/herbs to dry on your tub runs the risk of being potentially hard to remove or staining your tub. Please store these in a cool, dark area, away from pets and small children. Bath bomb should be used within 6 months of purchase date to ensure the quality of your product.
