Delivery Method: By Post (Royal Mail/ Hermes/ DPD/ UK MAIL)

IMPORTANT: Please provide contact number (preferably mobile number) for us to contact you on the day of delivery. All delivery schedules will be arranged and confirmed in the email prior to the delivery date. Please check your email regularly for the delivery arrangement.

 

Delivery Schedule

Because we stock most of our items, all orders are usually processed and delivered within 1-3 business days. 

 

Wholesale orders are usually processed and delivered within 10-21 business days. 

Urgent delivery is only available upon request and additional charge may be incurred; kindly contact our staff at elliebathbomb@gmail.com after you have placed the order online.

Our delivery schedule are as follows:
Monday-Saturday:

before 12pm, 12pm-5pm or 5pm-8pm 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DELIVERY WILL BE HANDLED BY OUR DESIGNATED COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER AND SCHEDULE IS BASED ON ESTIMATION AND THERE MIGHT BE SLIGHT DELAY DUE TO TRAFFIC CONDITION AND OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

Some order items could probably have longer lead times. For items that are not in stock, we will definitely contact you at the soonest as possible for further discussion.

Ellie Bath Bomb will uses all reasonable endeavours to meet stated delivery dates or periods, Ellie Bath Bomb shall not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the failure of Ellie Bath Bomb to meet such delivery dates or periods despite such endeavours.

IMPORTANT: You will need to pay for the delivery fees to Ellie Bath Bomb in the event that order is cancelled due to whatsoever reason after the order is shipped to the delivery address. If the order cancelled due to the item defective, it should be considered as return where delivery fees are non-refundable. In this instance, you are advisable to request for exchange instead of return so that we will replace the item for you at no additional delivery cost. Please refer to return and exchange policy below for more detailed information.

International Delivery

Your shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your shopping cart. Any QUARANTINE, DUTIES, TAX OR CUSTOMS FEES are the responsibility of the recipient. This varies from country to country. The fees can be quite high. Please check with respective authorities in your country to enquire the same.


All international shipping will be done by the Royal mail. Postage fees and packing cost are to be paid by you. Please note that there will be minimum 1 week turnaround time for us to process and pack your order for international mail. We do not entertain urgent posting on individual order. Please indicate the required date for item to be received to facilitate our process in priories the order processing.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ELLIE BATH BOMB WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED DURING SHIPMENT BY INTERNATIONAL MAIL. 

CUSTOMER SHOULD CONSIDER ALL RISKS INVOLVED OF THE PRODUCT NATURE TO BE SENT OVERSEAS.

Due to the personal nature, soap and bath products cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned unless it was due to our error. We know that you can't smell the products before ordering online, so we do our best to describe our fragrances as accurately as possible. Please consider gifting to a friend!

REFUNDS: We will provide refunds for bath bombs that arrive completely broken (minor dings and scratches are considered normal). Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered. Unfortunately, I can not send replacements for damaged goods at this time.
