Since bath bomb cannot be resold after being returned (due to tampering concerns), we do not accept returns or exchanges. REFUNDS: We will provide refunds for bath bombs that arrive completely broken (minor dings and scratches are considered normal). Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered. Unfortunately, I can not send replacements for damaged goods at this time.
